Fairway Mechnical Coupler System is designed and manufacture to the highest quality requirements and is using the best parallel thread system.
Specifically designed for the splicing of reinforcement bar sizes ranging from 13 mm up to 50 mm.
Strength: The coupler after splicing is greater than the reinforcement bar and it does not depend on surrounding concrete for transfer of loads.
Fairway Coupler passes the ISO9001:2015. It is in compliance with and satisfy the following code:
Types of FW Mechanical Coupler
Type 1 (Standard)
1. Cut and remove the plastic cap on the threaded rebar and place the threaded rebar into the end of coupler.
2. Rotate the rebar by hand to join both ends together.
Type 2 (Position)
1. Fully engage the coupler into the extended thread
2. Turn the coupler from extended thread towards the standard thread until it's fully engaged.
